Once your new solution is installed, it’s important that it continues to work effectively. When investing in a security solution from Briar Security, we’ll advise you as to the service level agreements we commit to; making sure that your systems continue to deliver the support you need post install. Maintenance packages are developed in accordance with customer needs and comply with relevant British EN and NSI standards. For example, our CCTV systems are checked every 12 months and intruder alarms twice a year; with our team on engineers available for call out where needed.
